Delivery Information

Orders that are placed before 12 p.m. between Monday to Friday are usually dispatched via courier on the same day except during bank holidays.

Orders placed after 12 p.m. or at weekends are dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are delivered in the following 1-3 days excluding Sundays and bank holidays. A signature may be required on delivery.

Standard Delivery will cost a flat rate of £3.95.

We are only able to ship to customers within the United Kingdom.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days, once 14 days have passed unless your item is under warranty we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Proof of purchase is required for your order to be eligible to be returned, and we require your item, where possible, to be returned in its original packaging and unused.

To start processing a return, please get in touch with our returns team at [email protected] regarding your request.

Return costs shall be the responsibility of the customers, and until in our possession, items within the return are still considered the property of the customers. Please consider using a tracked or insured courier service so there is a guarantee if the return doesn't get delivered to us.

When we receive your return, you will be eligible for an exchange of a same or similar item or store credit or in some cases, at our discretion, a full refund back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5 working days once we receive your return in order to process your return.
